Sherburn and Villages Community Trust have teamed up with “Now Then!”, to create joyful and memorable experiences, made in partnership with people who live and work here.
Now Then! is a transformative and ambitious programme working in our three market towns of Selby, Sherburn and Tadcaster.
Artists will be working within all three places and together with those communities they will create cross-artform work, unique to each town and relevant people’s lives and stories.
Visitors will see our towns as where exciting things happen and local people will see where they live through fresh eyes.
Now Then! is a partnership between North Yorkshire Council (Culture and Archives team), Heart of Yorkshire Education Group (Selby College), Selby Abbey, Sherburn & Villages Community Trust (The Old Girls’ School, Sherburn Community Library), Tadcaster & Rural CIC (The Barn/TEMPT).
It is funded by North Yorkshire Council, Arts Council England and UKSPF.
